AnnaLynne McCord is an American actress from the United States. Known for playing vixen-type roles McCord first gained prominence with her character of the devious Eden Lord on the FX TV series Nip/Tuck, and later as the indulgent Loren Wakefield on the MyNetworkTV television show, the telenovela American Heiress. AnnaLynne McCord is an American actor, writer, director and producer. McCord is well-known for her role as a vampire, vixen, or someone of a dark nature. McCord first came to prominence on FX's Nip/Tuck in 2007, playing the devious Eden Lord. Then came credits for CW's 90210 TNT's Dallas Stalker on CBS FOX's Jerry Bruckheimer produced pilot Lucifer and currently ABC's Secret's and Lies. She was widely praised for her performance as one of the teens who is deluded and confused in Excision (2012). McCord was awarded the best actress award at Malaga International Week of Fantastic Cinema 2012 for her role in Excision. McCord received an Audience Award for her recent film 68 Kill at SXSW. The audience praised her performance as intense, powerful and strong. McCord is currently playing the role of lead actress in The POPTV Comedy Let's Get Physical together with Jane Seymour and Breaking Bad's Matt Jones. McCord became the main persona of the show at the time that the first season was over.
