Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah works as an Indian performer, actress and musician. Her main work involves in Tamil or Malayalam-language movies. Annayum Rasoolum was her Malayalam as well as Tamil debut. Her debut was in Tamil alongside Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea Jeremiah grew up in a Tamil Nadu Anglo-Indian family. Andrea's dad was a Madras High Court lawyer. She is the younger sibling of the researcher assistant in Leuven, Belgium. Jeremiah was born near Chennai and went to National Public School and graduated from Women's Christian College. She has said that she was quite a geek and wanted to be psychiatrist when she passed the 12th grade of her board exams.Andrea was a classical pianist when she was just eight. In her twenties, she became a part of a group called the Jackson Five Young Stars which formed the basis of her first singing and music composing career. At her university she was also a theater artist and performed in stage productions organized through The Madras Players. Andrea was president of the Student Senate at Women's Christian College. Andrea began her stage career by appearing in Girish Karanad's Nagamandala. In 2006, she was a part-time actress in a new leo advertisement along with actor Shiva. She has also acted in a TV show which airs on Podhigai. She's performed all across India. She had a small role for the Kanda Mudhal finale (2005). Gautham Menon asked Andrea to play the lead role after she sang in Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu. Andrea performed the role of Kalyani the homemaker who's husband is involved in an affair with someone else. Andrea was chosen to play the character in the aftermath of Simran, Tabu, and Tabu had been approached. The film came out in early 2010. It was announced in the beginning of 2011. perform a small supporting role in Venkat Prabhu's film with a number of stars Mankatha which was released in August of 2011. Annayum Rasoolum is a romantic movie by Rajeev ravi which was released in 2013, was the actress's Malayalam debut.
